When owner, Christopher “CJ” Picon, a Colorado native, bought Jimmers, his goal was to preserve its storied history and embark on a future focused on family-friendly dining, complete with a dog-friendly patio. Jimmers operates as a tight-knit family, not just a team, and we're proud to employ 30 locals who share our passion.
